It was Drew Brees, who earned Super Bowl MVP honors with a 29-32 performance that put the Saints on top with a little over 5 minutes to play. Indianapolis Colts fans watched as Manning began moving his team down the field. Bearing down towards the Saints goal line Manning made his only mistake of the game. Pressured by the Saints defensive line Manning tossed a short pass only to watch the Saints Tracy Porter step in front of the receiver and barrel 74 yards to a Super Bowl win sealing touchdown.
